Two credit types

Reformer or Tower.

Studio 1 · max. 10 spots

Reformer credits

For all Reformer Pilates classes. Full-body, flowing and powerful - strength, stability and mobility, guided in a small group.

Studio 2 · only 5 spots

Tower credits

For Tower Pilates classes. Spring resistance on a wall-mounted apparatus - deeper, slower and more intentional, in a group of just five.

Reformer and Tower use separate credits, matched to the class you book. One simple system, two ways to move.

Run Club · Saturdays

No credits needed.

Our Run Club is free and open to all levels. We head out for an easy run, pause halfway for a short workout, then run back together - and finish with coffee. Just register and join us.
