A few little details.
How long is my gift card valid?
The intended redemption period is 12 months from purchase, subject to applicable statutory rights. After redeeming an experience gift for a class pass, the validity period of that pass applies.
When does my class pass start?
The Intro Experiences include a one-month class pass. Its validity begins according to the activation conditions of the selected pass.
Can I choose a different amount?
Yes. Choose "Your Choice" and enter your preferred amount from 25 € to 500 € in the gift card shop.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Follow the instructions included with your gift card to activate it or enter its code during an eligible purchase.
Where do I get my grip socks?
The Reformer Starter Gift includes one pair of aōma grip socks, available for collection at our studio.
Can I gift an Intro Experience to an existing customer?
Our Intro Experiences are designed for first-time customers and can be used once per person. For existing customers, we recommend a flexible gift card.
